As a Community-Based Clinician, you will deliver in-home, community-based, and virtual therapy services to youth and families referred by DCF. Our approach is family-centered, strengths-based, trauma-informed, and goal-oriented - helping families achieve positive, lasting change.

What You'll Do:

• Provide therapy to children, youth, and families using strengths-based, goal-focused techniques.
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with DCF and community partners to support family success.
• Engage in ongoing supervision and professional development

What You'll Need:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Licensure (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) in Massachusetts.
• Passion for working with diverse populations and a commitment to cultural humility.
• Reliable transportation required.
