Job Summary:
Join a team focused on precision assembly of opto-mechanical and electro-optical systems. In this role, you'll execute intricate manufacturing and testing procedures that support next-generation sensing technologies used across security, navigation, research, and manufacturing industries.Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret engineering drawings, training manuals, and technical instructions
- Assemble, install, repair, and maintain electronic components and subsystems
- Perform bonding and curing operations per procedural guidelines
- Operate testing instruments and automated test documentation systems
- Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy and quality
- Support related manufacturing tasks as assigned
Required Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of experience in a technical assembly or electronics field
- Demonstrated ability to learn complex processes on the job
Nice-to-Have Experience:
- Prior experience with PCB assembly
- Familiarity with opto-mechanical and electro-optical systems
Required Skills:
- Precision mechanical assembly
- Electrical component troubleshooting
- Technical documentation interpretation
Preferred Skills:
- Bonding and curing techniques
