ABOUT THE POSITION
As an Outpatient Clinical Supervisor in our Behavioral Health Clinic, you will provide high-quality, culturally competent, and individualized mental health services to children and families. This full-time role (40 hours/week) at our Roxbury site oversees clinical staff, ensures service quality, provides supervision to license-eligible interns, and supports staff development. You will safeguard confidentiality, drive documentation excellence, and collaborate closely with the Program Director to integrate services and strengthen case management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide weekly supervision to clinical staff; offer guidance to direct care staff.
• Ensure client confidentiality and maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records.
• Oversee chart reviews, peer reviews, and quality assurance activities.
• Coordinate and/or deliver staff training and development.
• Ensure compliance with program mandates, documentation, and billing requirements.
• Collaborate with the Program Director to integrate services and support effective case management.
• Develop and implement client-sensitive policies and procedures.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of Behavioral Health programs.
• Provide crisis intervention and manage emergencies as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
Must-Haves
• Massachusetts CANS certification.
• Master’s degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Independent licensure (LMHC, LICSW, or LADC).
• At least 5 years of post-graduate experience providing behavioral health services to youth and families.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with valid insurance coverage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage a range of stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and perform in high-pressure situations.
