Job Title : Oncology Pharmacist
Location : 725 North St, Pittsfield, MA 01201, USA
Duration : 13 Weeks contract
- Education : Doctoral of Pharmacy (Pharm D) required
- Completion of ASHP accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency in Oncology is strongly preferred.
Board Certification Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) Certification is required is strongly preferred
Shift Notes:
Monday-Friday 07:00 AM – 03:30 PM and/or 08:00 AM and/or 08.30 AM – 05:00 PM. Must be available for any/all shifts as needed.
Job Description:
- The Staff Pharmacist in Oncology is responsible for providing patient-centered care in a multidisciplinary practice setting with pharmacists, nurses, physicians, and other personnel.
- He/she will serve as a liaison to other departments at the Cancer and Infusion Center by providing operational support and educational services for new treatment regimens.
- MA license for Pharmacist
5+years extensive acute care clinical experience and ability to mix compounds required
