Job Details:
\n
• Position assigned to ED unit specifically to care for inpatient/CICU level holds in the emergency department
\n• 2 years of experience required with strong PCU background within the last year
\n• ED experience preferred but not required
\n• Every other weekend requirement
\n• Required certifications: ACLS, BCLS, EKG test on arrival
\n• Must have Epic charting system experience
\n• Patient ratio experience of 4:1
\n• Manage and titrate cardiac and vasoactive drips including Lasix, Heparin, Cardizem, Amiodarone, Nitroglycerin, Integrillin, Labetolol, Dopamine, and Dobutamine
\n• Care for patients with chest pain, syncope, heart failure, sepsis, overdose, GI bleed, COPD, pneumonia, and overflow from medical, surgical, trauma, oncology, and orthopedic units
\n• Provide care for post-catheterization patients with stents, ICD/pacer insertions, and cardioversions
\n• Work with specialized equipment including BiPap, CPAP, Vapotherm, Alaris pumps, and Phillips monitoring systems
\n• Skills required include telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, blood product administration, tracheostomy care, wound care, and ventilated patient care
\n• Must obtain drug screen within 14 days of start date
\n• Valid New Hampshire state license required
\n• Only AHA and Red Cross certifications accepted

The facility offers interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and various ancillary services to ensure optimal patient outcomes for cardiac and critical care patients.
