Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the duration of a full semester at a K-12 school located in Concord, NH. This contract role focuses on supporting students' communication and literacy needs through specialized instruction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver reading and written expression instruction tailored to students' individual speech and language goals
- Assess and implement therapeutic interventions to enhance students' communication skills
- Collaborate with educators and staff to develop integrated learning plans
- Document progress and maintain accurate records of student performance
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to student success strategies
Qualifications and Experience:
- Certification and licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting
- Strong knowledge of reading and written expression instruction techniques
- Ability to design and deliver effective speech-language therapy plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, families, and staff
