Learning By The Lakes Academy is seeking a nurturing, dependable Infant Teacher to join our early childhood team. This full-time position offers a 4-day workweek (four 10-hour days), providing an excellent worklife balance while making a meaningful impact during a childs earliest years.
Schedule:
- Full-time
- Four 10-hour shifts per week
Responsibilities:
- Provide loving, responsive care to infants in a safe and nurturing environment
- Support infants developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities
- Maintain consistent routines for feeding, sleeping, and diapering
- Build strong, respectful relationships with families
- Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Work collaboratively with classroom and leadership team members
Qualifications:
- Experience working with infants (preferred)
- Knowledge of infant development and best practices
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to meet state licensing requirements
- Warm, patient, and reliable demeanor
