Key Responsibilities:
- Become a certified ETC Authorized Service Provider.
- Prepare and start up new stage and studio lighting systems.
- Provide field service support for existing lighting systems and equipment.
- Offer technical phone support during and after business hours.
- Train customers on the operation of new lighting equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in the installation, operation, and integration of entertainment and architectural lighting control systems.
- Background in live production, broadcast, or film production industries.
- Proficiency in DMX and network control configurations.
- Ability to read and understand riser diagrams, technical schematics, and related drawings.
- Excellent interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skills.

This position does require travel to job sites for extended periods and involves physical tasks, including lifting up to 50lbs and working at heights. An ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, a personal vehicle for business use, and a commitment to promoting a safe work environment.
