Position Summary:
Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Title Paralegal to support the Title Manager and assist in ensuring all real estate files are properly prepared for closing. This non-exempt role is eligible for overtime and requires strong organization, communication, and teamwork.
Responsibilities:

Prepare and review title commitments

Submit recordings via Simplifile

Complete title rundowns using Registry of Deeds websites

Identify and clear title issues for purchase and refinance files

Assist in ensuring all files are ready to close

Perform additional duties as assigned
Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Two or more years of relevant office or title experience preferred
