As our Industrial Electrical Technician, you will be a cornerstone in maintaining our operational excellence by managing all things electrical within our facilities.
- Challenge yourself with debugging complex electrical and PLC issues.
- Ensure seamless operations by executing both emergency and regular maintenance without delay.
- Lead installations on exciting new projects that push the envelope.
- Diagnose and rectify malfunctions, preventing production lapse.
- Commit to safety, implementing precautions and quick fixes.
- Inventory vigilance: manage critical parts, ensuring no shortage hampers us.
- Report diligently safety fixes and participate vigorously in training.
- Engage in various meetings, updating peers and management on crucial tasks.
- Be a problem-solver, effectively interpreting blueprints and utilizing technical tools.
- Exercise collaborative spirit with multidimensional teams to heighten plant efficacy.
- Read and dissect 1-line diagrams, apply ladder logic, and more.
- Add value through other tasks as they arise.
Your Toolkit Includes:
- Vermont Journeyman License at minimum; a Masters is desirable.
- High school diploma mandatory; associate or higher degrees preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of heavy industry electrical systems is vital.
- Two years of relevant electrical maintenance hand-on experience required.
- Readiness for preventive maintenance roles marks you as a suitable candidate.
- Physical capability to navigate the demands of the position—standing, lifting, and maneuvering.
