Consilio's Direct Hire Division is seeking a Legal Assistant/Secretary with 2-5 years of experience, to join the Boston team of one of our law firm clients. This role will support multiple lawyers’ litigation matters in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut.
** This is a permanent full time benefited position employed through our law firm client, not Consilio **
- Location: Downtown Boston
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, on-site. 8:30am - 5pm
- Salary: $70,000 - $75,000
Responsibilities:
- Drafting and Formatting Letters and Legal Documents
- Scheduling Depositions
- Managing Travel Arrangements
- Time Entry
- Calendar Management
- E-Filing Motions and other Pleadings
- Organizing Discovery Materials
- Trial preparation
- Processing Records
- Billing Edits
- Managing Expense Reports
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of litigation experience
- Strong knowledge of Massachusetts and Connecticut courts
- Insurance Defense preferred
