Job Details
• Position: Mammography Technician
• Workdays: Monday through Friday
• Work hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm
• Rotating every other Saturday shift

Job Requirements
• Massachusetts license in Radiology and Mammography required before start date

Schedule Information
• Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
• Every other Saturday rotating shift

Additional Details
• Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification required within 30 days of start date; MA Conditional Licenses not accepted
• Documentation of MMR vaccination or immunity required
• Hepatitis B vaccination strongly preferred
• Influenza vaccine required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30) with no exemptions
• TB test documentation required within 3 months of start date and updated if >6 month break
• Physician health statement required within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break
• MGB Criminal Background Check within 45 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break
• MGB Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break
• Resume including past 7 years of work experience required for submission
• Respirator Medical Clearance attestation required if fit test is needed
• Two recent references required, minimum one supervisor or above
• MGB Skills Checklist required for submission
• Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for all initial assignments and extensions
• Education verification through background check company
• Social Security Number trace required with criminal check
• National Sex Offender Check within 30 days of start and updated annually
• Exclusion checks within 30 days of start and annually
• Candidate Submission Coversheet required for submission
