Security Service Technician – Massachusetts
CCTV, Access Control, Alarms
What You Get to Do

Service commercial alarm, CCTV, and access control systems.

Troubleshoot issues onsite, complete repairs, or return with parts when needed.

Support installs for new or renovated branches.

Train on systems including DMP (alarms), Verint (video), Bosch, March, and others.

Grow into generalist work if interested (vaults, drive-up drawers, tube systems, locks).
What You've Already Done

Gained experience with commercial electronic security systems (banking or multi-site a plus).

Used a meter and tools to diagnose low-voltage issues.

Worked directly with clients and provided reliable, personable service.

Operated independently without heavy supervision.
