This position is a DIRECT HIRE ROLE from day one

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing architectural drawings and specifications
• Determining the appropriate material and labor costs
• Estimating and processing order changes
• Meeting with general contractors and architects
• Generating new business
• Maintain customer accounts
• Assist with monthly billing as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with estimating miscellaneous metal and light structural steel
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Hours are:

Monday through Friday - first shift – some flexibility

The salary is up to $90K a year based on experience
