We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Rental Agent to present and lease properties to prospective renters or represent our landlords using our extensive database. Your goal is to identify potential clients, convert them into tenants, and help maintain strong occupancy rates across Greater Boston.

About the Role
The Rental Agent will show apartments, respond to rental inquiries, qualify prospective tenants, and assist landlords with listing exposure and tenant placement. Your goal is to generate rental activity, convert leads into clients, and maintain strong occupancy rates.

Compensation:
$50,000 - $250,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Show rental properties to qualified prospective tenants
- List apartments, create marketing descriptions, and update availability
- Represent landlords to ensure maximum exposure and quick lease-ups
- Handle rental applications, screening, and lease coordination
- Maintain communication with renters, landlords, and team members
- Build relationships within the community to generate business
Qualifications:
- Friendly, motivated, and professional demeanor
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must be self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Real estate license required or willingness to obtain one
- Prior leasing or rental experience is a plus, but not required
