Responsibilities:

• Build long-term customer relationships
• Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process
• Become a product expert on our vehicles and technology
• Coordinate test drives and vehicle evaluations
• Present and negotiate purchase options
• Close deals and provide world-class customer service
• Follow up with leads and referrals
• Support merchandising and lot presentation
• Maintain a strong, positive attitude every day

Requirements:

• Outgoing, dependable, and self-motivated
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to overcome objections and close deals
• Automotive sales experience required (minimum 1 year)
• Valid Driver's License and U.S. Work Authorization

Job Type:

• Full-time

Salary:

• $80,000 - $150,000 per year, including commission and guaranteed income
