We are currently hiring production workers across all shifts and multiple departments. This role offers great room for advancement, ample training, and excellent benefits starting from day one.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members in a physical role.
- Lift products in groups, with no individual lifting over 40 pounds.
- Remain on your feet throughout the entire shift performing consistent lifting, kneeling, and crouching.
- Read a tape measure, use tools, and possess some mechanical aptitude.
- Assist the operator with checking product quality, monitoring production, and ensuring KPIs are met.
- Work off of a bill of materials, assembly drawings, or verbal instructions.
- Use a computer to make adjustments to pressures, dimensions, and cut sizes.
- Lay out the final product and perform final assembly.
- Perform inspections on products to ensure quality.
- Use hand tools, work off blueprints, and manufacture products based on work orders.
- Inspect product quality, get trained on different manufacturing processes, use a computer for machinery adjustments, and maintain an organized work station.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and follow safety regulations.
- Meet daily production goals.
Essential Skills
- One year of machine operating experience.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to work in a collaborative setting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Trade school education.
- Automotive experience.
- Assembly experience.
- Blueprint reading.

Hours
1st shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm
2nd shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00pm - 11:00pm
3rd shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00pm - 7:00 am
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.70 - $27.20/hr.
