Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school-based opportunity is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support an elementary program addressing severe behaviors. This contract role offers approximately 32.5 to 35 hours per week, running from ASAP through June 2026.

Location: Cambridge, MA
Setting: Elementary School
Duration: Contract through June 2026
Work Hours: 32.5-35 hours per week
Program Focus: Severe Behaviors

Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
  • Collect and document data accurately related to student behaviors and interventions
  • Assist in developing behavior strategies to support students in the severe behavior program
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other educational staff to ensure consistency and maximize student progress
  • Maintain professional communication and confidentiality in accordance with district guidelines and ethical standards

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required
  • Experience working in school settings, preferably with elementary-aged children
  • Ability to follow detailed behavior plans and effectively respond to challenging behaviors
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work under BCBA supervision and engage in ongoing learning
