Starting Pay Range: $17.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on background and experience)

Department: Client Development

About the Role:

As a Client Development Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing outstanding support and ensuring they get the most out of our eDOC solutions-whether installed in-house or delivered via SaaS. You'll help clients resolve issues, conduct training, assist with installations, and play a critical role in their success with our technology.

What You'll Do:

  • Become fully versed in the DocLogic suite of products, our CRM, phone, and email systems
  • Handle incoming client support requests and track them in the CRM system
  • Resolve technical issues or escalate to the appropriate teams
  • Assist in data conversions and conduct client training sessions
  • Support hardware and drivers, and help clients leverage our solutions effectively
  • Contribute to process improvements and perform QA testing
  • Complete other professional service work and projects as assigned

What You Bring:

  • Associate's degree in a business or technical field preferred
  • Experience with MySQL/SQL (or other SQL platforms) is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and IIS a plus
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technology field (imaging technology or credit union experience a plus)
  • Strong verbal, written, and public speaking skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • A knack for quickly understanding technical concepts
  • Professionalism and confidence interacting with clients at all levels
