We are looking for an experienced IT Systems Data Analyst to join our team in Milford, Massachusetts. In this Contract-to-Ongoing role, you will have the opportunity to work on critical data analysis and system administration tasks, with a focus on Syteline ERP and related technologies. This position begins as a 3–4 month contract and offers the potential to transition into a long-term role.


Responsibilities:

• Manage and configure user permissions within the Syteline ERP system to ensure secure and efficient access.

• Monitor and address IT support tickets related to Syteline, providing timely resolutions to system issues.

• Perform regular system maintenance to optimize performance and reliability.

• Design and structure data sets to enhance business operations and decision-making processes.

• Develop and implement dashboards and reports using Power BI to support organizational goals.

• Prepare, transform, and analyze data using company-specific processes to generate actionable insights.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data workflows and improve system efficiency.

• (Preferred) Participate in development initiatives within Syteline or Mongoose environments to enhance system capabilities.

• Extensive experience with Syteline ERP administration and support.
• Strong proficiency in managing and analyzing data using tools such as Microsoft SQL Server and SQL queries.
• Familiarity with company-specific processes and data integration techniques.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve complex system issues.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with end users and team members.
• Experience with Power BI for creating dashboards and reports.
• (Preferred) Background in Syteline or Mongoose development is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in IT systems or data analysis.
