An opportunity is available for an experienced Emergency Room Nurse with 3-5 years in emergency care to provide high-quality patient care in a critical access hospital setting. This position offers a contract role with a night shift schedule and a guaranteed 72 hours bi-weekly, including every other weekend.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to emergency patients in the ER
- Perform patient assessments, triage, and interventions in urgent situations
- Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Participate in quarterly department education sessions to stay current with best practices
Qualifications:
- Active RN license with Emergency Room specialization
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in an Emergency Room setting
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment
Schedule:
- Night shift hours
- Every other weekend on duty
