Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position supports students from pre-kindergarten through 5th grade within a K-12 school setting located in Adams, MA. The role offers an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in speech-language pathology to help young learners build essential communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy services to students in grades pre-K to 5th
Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
Maintain clear and accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student performance
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based interventions

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) credential required
Strong experience in school-based SLP services, preferably working with early childhood and elementary age groups
Ability to manage a diverse caseload and deliver adaptable therapy methodologies
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with students and staff
