Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position supports students from pre-kindergarten through 5th grade within a K-12 school setting located in Adams, MA. The role offers an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in speech-language pathology to help young learners build essential communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students in grades pre-K to 5th
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student performance
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based interventions

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) credential required
  • Strong experience in school-based SLP services, preferably working with early childhood and elementary age groups
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload and deliver adaptable therapy methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with students and staff
