Position Summary:
Were seeking a dependable and detail-oriented R&I (Remove & Install) Technician to assist in disassembling and reassembling vehicles before and after body repairs. This role is critical to the repair process and requires precision, efficiency, and solid mechanical knowledge. We are looking to hire in the following locations Abington, Raynham, West Bridgewater & Whitman.
Responsibilities:
- Perform teardown of vehicles for collision repair.
- Remove and reinstall parts including trim, panels, lights, bumpers, moldings, and other components.
- Label and organize parts during disassembly.
- Inspect vehicles for hidden damage and document findings.
- Work with estimators and body techs to ensure efficient workflow.
- Reassemble vehicles after repairs, ensuring quality and proper fitment.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in R&I or automotive disassembly preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with automotive systems.
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
