Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 5:00pm

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Service Writer/Office Staff to join our dynamic team. As a Service Writer, you’ll play a key role in being the liaison between our technicians and customers, ensuring smooth communication and top-notch service.This role requires someone who is personable, organized, and can keep things moving in a busy shop.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, gathering detailed information about vehicle issues and service needs.

Estimates & Quotes: Determine and communicate repair costs, ensuring accurate pricing for parts and labor.

Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between customers and our technicians, ensuring that repair work is carried out efficiently and on time.

Customer Advocacy: Resolve customer complaints, eliminate unnecessary delays, and ensure the customer’s experience is smooth from start to finish.

Administrative Duties: Handle paperwork, manage estimates, and maintain accurate customer records in the database.
Qualifications & Skills:

Strong Listening Skills: Ability to listen closely to customers and gather all relevant details.

Effective Interviewing Skills: Skilled at asking the right questions to clarify customer concerns.

Automotive Knowledge: Basic understanding of automotive systems and terminology to communicate confidently with customers.

Clear Communication: Ability to explain complex automotive issues in simple, easy-to-understand terms.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with database software for entering and managing customer information.

Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks and keep paperwork and estimates organized.
