Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support students at a high school in Salem, NH. This contract role will cover one full semester, providing critical speech and language services within the school setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students in a high school environment
  • Collaborate with faculty, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Participate in faculty and department meetings twice monthly to coordinate care and support student progress
  • Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
  • Engage in professional practices aligned with licensure requirements and school policies

Qualifications:

  • Current and valid SLP licensure in the state of New Hampshire is required; SLPA candidates with appropriate qualifications are also encouraged to apply
  • Experience working in school-based speech-language pathology settings preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with educators and families
  • Commitment to supporting diverse student needs in a high school environment

Position Details:

  • Full-time contract, approximately 37.5 hours per week
  • Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:15 AM to 2:15 PM
  • Start date: January 26, 2026; End date: June 19, 2026 (subject to adjustment for snow days)
  • Location: Onsite in Salem, NH
  • Interviews conducted via Zoom
