Job Title: RN – Medical Surgical
Rate: Up to $2330.00 weekly
Location: Concord, NH
Night Shift (12H)
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Assessing and monitoring patient health conditions.</li>
<li>Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.</li>
<li>Creating and implementing individualized patient care plans.</li>
<li>Collaborating with the healthcare team to plan and evaluate patient care.</li>
<li>Educating patients and their families about health conditions and post-discharge care.</li>
<li>Assist with diagnostic tests, provide pre- and post-operative care, and monitor vital signs.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications &amp; Requirements
Education
<ul>
<li>Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.</li>
</ul>
Experience
<ul>
<li>Prefer a minimum of two (2) years clinic experience</li>
<li>Travel experience required.</li>
</ul>
Licenses/Certifications
<ul>
<li>Have and maintain current licensure as a Licensed Practical/Licensed Vocational Nurse within the state of employment.</li>
<li>Must be able to obtain and maintain BLS, NIHSS required and ACLS certification.</li>
<li>will need to pass a Dysrhythmia Exam w/ 80% during onboarding</li>
