Crystal Springs Inc. in Assonet, MA is excited to announce an opening for a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN position in our dynamic and compassionate healthcare team.

In addition to this generous compensation, we are also offering a $5000 sign-on bonus for newly hired full-time LPNs based on 40 hours per week and a $2000 sign-on bonus for part-time LPNs.

WHAT ARE THE HOURS?
You will work Monday - Friday from 10 am - 6 pm with one day off each week, as well as rotating weekends on-call. Per diem hours are also available.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
In this role, you will have the opportunity to perform various essential healthcare responsibilities that directly impact the well-being of individuals with disabilities. One of your primary duties will be to conduct bi-monthly in-home audits and medication and MAR reviews, ensuring that all necessary documentation is up to date and in compliance with DDS standards. Your expertise will be highly valued as you maintain accurate medication and treatment orders, monitoring and reporting any side effects or adverse effects to the appropriate parties.
Performing physical assessments, including vital signs, and providing basic wound care, such as cleaning and bandaging injured areas, will also be part of your responsibilities. Your experience and adherence to MAP regulations will be invaluable as you administer medications and provide G and J tube care when needed.
