Job Description
- To perform basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting repairs
- To assist with HVAC and appliance repair (experience a plus)
- To complete work orders and unit maintenance tasks
- To provide own tools
- To work Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5pm in a contract role
Qualifications
- Experience in apartment, building, commercial, or hotel maintenance
- Knowledge of basic trades: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting
- Additional HVAC and appliance repair experience preferred
- Hiring certified and non‑certified technicians
- EPA Type II or Universal certification a plus
- Must provide own tools
Pay Rate
- $24–$25/hr DOE
