LNA or Nurse Aide
Sign-On Bonus $1500 for LNA, $1000 Nurse Aide

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE LNA/Nurse Aide
As an LNA or Nurse Aide, youll be a vital part of our residents daily lives, helping them maintain dignity and independence. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Supporting residents with mobility and comfort
- Providing care according to residents care plans.
- Communicating observations to nursing staff
- Maintaining a safe and homelike environment while responding and attending to residents physical and psychosocial needs appropriately.
- Documenting resident information in charts by completing reports, logs and records
- Contributing to a positive and respectful team culture
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSURE- CERTIFICATION OF THE LNA/Nurse Aide
High school diploma or equivalent.
LNA license preferred, but not required
SKILLS AND ABILITIES OF THE NURSEs AIDE/LNA
Possess a high level of care and compassion to provide direct resident care
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to build positive relationships with residents and staff.
