We're hiring a Manufacturing Group Team Lead position is located in Westford, MA, and offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment known for its commitment to quality and innovation.

Shift of the Group Leader:
1st Shift (M-F 7:00am-3:30pm)

Pay Rate of the Group Leader:
$24-$28 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities of the Group Leader:

• Drive daily meetings for production lines and monitor the daily build schedule.
• Train new hires and assess employee skill sets.
• Interface with engineering and ensure effective ECO implementation.
• Monitor production lines to ensure uninterrupted workflow and anticipate bottlenecks.
• Manage and develop team talent while optimizing labor efficiency.

Qualifications of the Group Leader:

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of workmanship standards and Lean/Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Basic computer skills and effective communication abilities.
