Job Description
Join a leading manufacturer of twisted wire brushes, including medical, cosmetic, and gun-blazing brushes. We are experiencing significant growth and are seeking dedicated production associates to become a part of our expanding team. You will have the opportunity to cross-train in both manual and automated areas, contributing to a dynamic and innovative production environment.
Responsibilities
- Load machines with material for threading.
- Fill and assemble orders based on customer specifications.
- Set up and adjust machinery and equipment according to specifications.
- Operate and monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Conduct product inspections and tests to verify machine settings, safety, and product quality.
- Communicate quality issues or machinery needing maintenance attention.
Essential Skills
- Consistent work history.
- Reliability and comfort working in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Capability to move around the production floor and sit or stand for an entire shift.
- Effective communication skills with other employees.
- High school diploma or GED.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Prior machine operating experience or mechanical skills for higher wage candidates.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and write simple correspondence.
- Strong math skills, including the ability to add, multiply, and divide, and work with fractions and decimals.
- Experience with documentation and paperwork.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Palmer, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $22.00/hr.
