DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care using the Nursing Process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation)
Deliver age-specific care in alignment with department and specialty standards
Assume leadership responsibilities, including delegating tasks to other staff levels
Ensure compliance with all State and Federal regulations governing healthcare delivery
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
REQUIRMENTS:
Active RN license – Required
ACLS, BLS, and PALS (or ENPC) – Must be active prior to contract start date
If not active, proof of enrollment in a booked course must be provided at the time of Clinical Orientation
Minimum [Insert years] recent relevant nursing experience – Preferred/Required (depending on facility)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
