Seeking a law firm bankruptcy, and restructuring litigation attorney with 3-5 years of experience in bankruptcy, commercial or securities litigation at a top tier law firm. Candidate will have experience taking depositions, brief writing and managing discovery. Excellent communications and client counseling skills required.
