We are seeking an experienced Project Manager in Commercial Construction to join our team! The Project Manager will be responsible for the management and oversees the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and above and beyond the required quality standards. This role involves managing project teams, coordinating with various stakeholders, and mitigating potential risks. At least 10 years' experience in this role required.

Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Leading and managing all aspects of commercial construction projects, from inception to completion.
• Team Management: Assembling, managing, and coordinating project teams, including design, construction, and vendor teams.
• Stakeholder/Client Communication: Maintaining clear communication and strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Budget and Schedule Management: Developing and managing project budgets, tracking costs, and maintaining project schedules.
• Quality Control: Implementing and enforcing quality control measures to ensure high standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on the project.
• Contract Management: Overseeing the preparation and execution of contracts with subcontractors and vendors.
• Project Closeout: Managing the final stages of the project, including punch lists, final inspections, and project closeout documentation.

​Qualifications:

• Extensive Commercial Construction Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing complex commercial construction projects, including tenant improvements and ground-up construction.
• Project Management Expertise: Proficiency in project management methodologies, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
• Strong Leadership and Communication Skills: Ability to lead and motivate project teams, manage client expectations, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with construction software and tools, such as Procore, Sage Intact, Buildr
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to identify and resolve complex issues that arise during the construction process.
