Job Description

Electrical / Mechanical Assembler

Location: Mansfield, MA (02035)
Pay: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour (depending on position & experience)
Schedule: Full-time | Onsite

We are hiring for multiple assembler positions within a growing manufacturing facility. This posting covers both Electrical Assembler and Mechanical Assembler positions.

Open Positions

Electrical Assembler (4 openings) – $25/hr

Must have strong electrical assembly experience, including:

Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience
Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, point-to-point wiring
Strong understanding of symbols, components, and electrical test steps
Experience assembling capital equipment a plus

Mechanical Assembler (1 opening) – $23/hr

Combination mechanical/electrical role (electrical skills lighter than full Electrical Assembler).

Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience assembling capital equipment
Experience assembling, testing, and repairing mechanical assemblies
Ability to work from prints, diagrams, and established standards
Hands-on skills with basic wiring, hand tools, and mechanical build procedures

Job Responsibilities (Both Roles)

Assemble components, sub-assemblies, and full systems per schematics, drawings, and work instructions
Perform mechanical builds, wiring, layout, testing, and troubleshooting
Verify accuracy of assemblies and ensure conformance with company standards
Maintain a clean workspace and follow all safety practices
