Our client is seeking a proactive Production Planner to join their fast-paced medical device manufacturing team. This role is critical to ensuring timely product delivery by aligning machine, labor, and material resources with production goals. You will collaborate cross-functionally, analyze capacity data, and maintain schedules that keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Complete additional assignments as directed by management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning and scheduling.
• Develop and maintain weekly production schedules and planning metrics.
• Analyze capacity data and proactively adjust schedules to meet demand.
• Coordinate material and product releases to align with project timelines.
• Communicate forecast changes and their impact on production and staffing.
• Prioritize and schedule projects based on capacity, material availability, and labor.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure material readiness and production flow.

Qualifications/Must-Haves:

• Experience in a medical device manufacturing environment preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1-3 years of experience in production planning, materials coordination, inventory control, or supply chain.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
