Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A K-12 school in Quincy, MA, is seeking a skilled occupational therapist to provide in-home services. This contract position will focus on supporting students therapy needs in the educational environment as well as delivering therapy sessions at home in Andover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services within the school setting to K-12 students.
- Conduct two 60-minute in-home therapy sessions per week in Andover to support student progress.
- Assess student needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
- Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies.
Qualifications:
- Valid occupational therapy license.
- Experience working with K-12 students in school settings.
- Ability to deliver therapy services in home environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work contract duration for the complete school year.
Location: Quincy, MA, with in-home service visits in Andover, MA.
Duration: Contract position for the complete school year (CSY).
