As a Senior Quality Control Analyst, you will not only dive deep into the realms of inspection and testing but also mentor future specialists, ensuring our standards are met and surpassed. Your Days Will Include:
- Conducting detailed inspections on components, sub-assemblies, and finished medical devices guided by stringent written specifications.
- Evaluating products using advanced techniques, including visual inspections, and utilizing tools like Vernier calipers, torque equipment, and digital voltmeters.
- Promoting adherence to Cogmedix’s Quality Management System and regulations such as cGMP’s and ISO 13485.
- Training junior Quality Inspection Specialists, focusing on inspection, testing, and documentation techniques.
- Fostering a safe and organized work environment, embodying a positive and tenacious work ethic.
????Achieve proficiency in:
- GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- Measurement System Analysis
- PCB Assembly and Component Handling
Your Essential Skills:
- An eye for meticulous detail and the ability to work under pressure without compromising quality.
- Advanced mechanical skills alongside proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication talents to foster effective teamwork.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent with additional technical training being advantageous.
- Over 10 years of experience in the medical product inspection domain.
