Job DescriptionJob Title: Parts Room Associate
Pay Rate: $17.00 – $17.50 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time – Temp to Hire /Contract
Location: Londonderry, NH
Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Parts Room Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the parts room, including receiving, inspecting, organizing, and tracking incoming and outgoing parts. The ideal candidate will support inventory accuracy, maintain a clean and safe working environment, and ensure timely parts distribution to internal teams and customers.Key Responsibilities:
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Receive, inspect, and count stock items; log data manually or via computer system
- Pack and unpack items for storage and distribution
- Store items in an organized and accessible manner within the warehouse or parts room
- Label parts using tags, stamps, or barcode labeling systems
- Verify inventory counts and investigate discrepancies
- Issue and distribute parts based on requisitions
- Maintain accurate records of parts usage, inventory levels, and damages
- Handle and properly dispose of damaged or defective stock or coordinate returns to vendors
- Clean and maintain tools, supplies, and work areas according to safety standards
- Support stockroom operations and provide guidance or assistance to coworkers
- Prepare and assemble parts or supplies as needed for use
- Drive company vehicles to pick up or deliver parts as required
- Participate in and be responsible for the annual inventory process
- Scan certifications and print barcode labels for parts
- Ensure compliance with all safety and operational procedures
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Basic problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Must be able to pass Hazmat Training within 90 days of hire
- Previous experience in a stockroom, warehouse, or parts environment is preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, and use hands
- Occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Visual abilities include close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception, as well as the ability to adjust focus

Pay Details: $17.00 to $17.50 per hour
