Infant Lead Teacher (ECE Certified) The Learning Experience Foxboro
Location: Foxboro, MA
Pay: $22$23 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, MondayFriday
Position Overview
The Learning Experience Foxboro is hiring a dedicated Infant Lead Teacher to support our youngest learners in a nurturing, high-quality early childhood environment. Our infant classroom is designed to promote secure attachments, early development, and joyful exploration during a childs most formative stage.
This role is ideal for an ECE-certified infant teacher who values responsive caregiving, strong family partnerships, and developmentally appropriate practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead an infant classroom that prioritizes safety, comfort, and individualized care.
- Support early development through sensory play, language exposure, movement, and daily routines.
- Use The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum to guide intentional infant learning experiences.
- Communicate consistently with families regarding feedings, naps, milestones, and daily activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom that meets all Massachusetts EEC health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and leadership to ensure consistency and quality of care.
Qualifications
- Massachusetts EEC Infant Teacher certification required.
- At least 6 months of infant classroom experience (1+ year preferred).
- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- Knowledge of infant development and developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
