Job DescriptionLegal Receptionist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Legal Receptionist with 2 or more years of experience in a similar role. This is a great Temp to Perm opportunity located in Boston, MA.
Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for attorneys and legal staff
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
  • Manage incoming and outgoing legal correspondence
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Maintain confidentiality of all client and firm information
  • Coordinate with legal assistants and paralegals to ensure smooth office operations

Qualifications:

  • Proficient with Excel

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role
  • Legal experience preferred

Employment Type: Temp to Perm
Salary: $24-32/hr


Pay Details: $24.00 to $32.00 per hour
