Family Medicine Opportunity in Middlebury, VTStart Date: ASAP Position Type: Full-Time Schedule: 4 clinical days + 1 administrative day per week Location: Middlebury, VT Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all agesManage a panel of primary care patients, including test results, messaging, and care coordinationDiagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions across a broad clinical spectrumDevelop individualized care plans focused on prevention, lifestyle, and wellnessAverage 14 16 patients per day depending on case complexityCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic patient careParticipate in call rotation: 1:5 weekday and 1:16 weekend (outpatient only)Maintain accurate EMR documentationEngage in teaching medical studentsStay current with medical advancements through continuing educationQualifications:Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine (MD or DO)Vermont medical license (or ability to obtain)Strong diagnostic, communication, and clinical skillsCommitted to patient-centered, holistic healthcareComfortable working in a collaborative, team-based care modelFlexible and adaptable in a fast-paced clinical environmentCommunity:Charming New England town with scenic beauty and historic architectureHome to Middlebury College, offering cultural events, lectures, and artsStrong sense of community and vibrant downtown with local shops and restaurantsAccess to year-round outdoor recreation including hiking, skiing, and bikingSafe, family-friendly environment with quality schools and healthcare
