GLC On-The-Go is seeking a travel Pharmacist for a travel job in Berlin, Vermont.

Pharmacist needed for CVMC. Monday through Friday, shifts are 0630-1500, 1000-1830 or Noon-2000. Must have 5 years of experience. Prior travel is not required.
Requirements: • Sterile Compounding Competency (finger tip and broth test) along with math test • Staff Pharmacist competencies to include medication reconciliation, order verification, management of vancomycin dosing and labs, and renal dosing.
Additional Information: • IVS to OFFER • Monday to Sunday • No block schedules for any reason • Bi-weekly orientations on Monday, next available is 1/5 • Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained • This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit

Who qualifies for “reciprocity” (license by endorsement / transfer) in Vermont
- You must hold an active pharmacist license in another U.S. jurisdiction (“state”) whose licensing requirements are “substantially equivalent” to Vermont’s. Justia Regulations+1
- Your out-of-state license must be in good standing — i.e. not suspended/revoked or subject to disciplinary action

- Once you submit a complete application and all paperwork (forms, verification, exam if needed), processing typically takes a few weeks. Some sources suggest about 4–6 weeks from submission to approval, depending on how quickly verification is received. State Regs Today+1
- Once licensed, you must follow Vermont’s requirements for renewal and continuing education (CE) — CE requirements apply for maintaining an active license.
