Love real estate, but not the hours? Want to be a real estate agent who only works M-F 8:30-5 PM? That’s right…No Weekends or Evenings! This real estate role is for you! This individual will play a critical role in the success of our real estate team by driving new business through proactive outreach and follow-up. This position is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, nurturing leads, and converting prospective clients into appointments for our buyer and listing specialists.
The ideal candidate is a motivated, people-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow proven systems and procedures. If you thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment and enjoy building rapport with clients, this is the role for you. This person is eager to grow his/her own skills and wants the opportunity to grow with the team both personally and professionally.
Compensation:
$45,000 plus bonus

Qualifications:
Knowledge/Skills
- Must be a fully licensed realtor
- Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable working with CRMs and lead management software
- Self-motivated, driven, and coachable
- Strong Active Listening skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Great ability to focus
- Concerned about doing things the right way
- Service-based attitude
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in sales
- 1–3 years of administrative experience
