Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated, professional, and people-focused Personal Trainer to join our team. This role is ideal for a coach who loves working with adults, values long-term progress over extremes, and wants to grow within a supportive, structured coaching environment.
You will coach small groups (typically 4–6 clients) using Alloy’s proven programming system, while delivering individualized attention and an exceptional member experience.
Responsibilities
- Coach small-group personal training sessions with energy, professionalism, and attention to individual needs
- Deliver safe, effective, and engaging workouts aligned with Alloy programming and standards
- Build strong relationships with members and create a welcoming, motivating environment
- Provide movement coaching, regressions, and progressions for all fitness levels
- Track attendance, session notes, and member progress as required
- Communicate clearly with members regarding scheduling, modifications, and encouragement
- Uphold Alloy’s coaching standards, values, and brand experience
- Participate in team meetings, training, and continuing education
- Support member retention by delivering consistent, high-quality coaching experiences
Qualifications
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, or equivalent)
- CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience coaching adults in a personal training or small-group setting (2+ yrs preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and coachability
- Passion for helping people move better and live healthier lives
- Ability to coach early morning and/or evening sessions

Schedule
- Morning (6a-12p), evening (4p-8p) , and/or weekend availability
- Part-time with potential for additional hours based on performance and availability
