Join a dedicated mental health team committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for adolescents and young adults across West and East Coast facilities.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy to address issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and trauma.
- Maintain thorough documentation of clinical interactions and observations.
- Conduct clinical interviews with clients and families, sharing relevant insights with the team.
- Build rapport and support patients throughout their 28 to 35-day mental wellness journey.
- Assist with aftercare and discharge planning in collaboration with families and clinical staff.
Requirements include prior clinical experience, a relevant master’s degree or enrollment in a Doctorate program, licensure or eligibility to transfer licensure, and experience working with adolescents or young adults. Preferred experience includes treatment for substance abuse, eating disorders, or trauma.
