The Women's Center is dedicated to providing exceptional mental health care in a supportive and collaborative environment. We believe that a healthy work-life balance is key to delivering the best care to our clients. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled FFS Outpatient Mental Health Clinician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to our diverse client base - inclusive of women and gender-diverse clients - in an outpatient telehealth setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Client Assessment:Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients mental health needs, including diagnostic evaluations and treatment planning.
• Therapy and Counseling:Provide individual therapy to clients based on their specific needs and treatment goals.
• Treatment Planning:Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.
• Documentation:Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
• Collaboration:Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.

Qualifications:

• Education:Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Licensure:Valid LMHC or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts -OR- Masters-Level Pre-Licensed Clinicians are encouraged to apply!
• Experience:Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in outpatient mental health.
• Skills:Strong communication, assessment, and therapeutic skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time (26 hours) or Part-time (18 hours) Pay Range: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
