Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time position seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a current Massachusetts DESE license to support a diverse K-12 caseload. The role is a contract assignment for the full 2025-2026 school year, offering hands-on experience in a dynamic educational setting serving students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Provide direct supervision and consultation for staff implementing behavior strategies.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress.
  • Monitor data and modify interventions to ensure positive behavioral outcomes.
  • Support a culturally and linguistically diverse student population, with approximately 70% of the district being bilingual in Spanish.

Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Valid DESE license to practice as a BCBA in Massachusetts.
  • Experience working with K-12 students, preferably in diverse and bilingual settings.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Commitment to providing culturally responsive behavior support.

Location: Lawrence, MA (on-site position; no virtual option).
