Requisition Title: Winter Surgical RN Needs
Start Date: November 25th or December Start Dates Only
Contract Length: 8 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly (on-call hours not included)
Assignment Details
- Shift: 12-hour Nights
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
- Float: Not required
- Orientation: One orientation per month
- Testing: Pass/Fail ECG/Telemetry and Medications tests required on Day 1 orientation
- Local Policy: No local travelers accepted (must reside more than 50 miles from facility)
- RTO Policy: No time off will be approved for this contract
Experience & Requirements
- Experience: 2–3 years of recent related inpatient surgical experience
- Travel Experience: Preferred
- Licensure: Active Massachusetts RN license (required)
- EMR: Epic experience required
- Certifications:
- AHA BLS (Basic Life Support)
- AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- CCRN preferred

- Ventilator management
- Vasoactive and sedation titration
- Hemodynamic monitoring
- Cardiac dysrhythmia recognition and management
- Post-STEMI care
