Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – NICU

Location: Boston, MA
Schedule: 36 hours/week | 3x12s | Every other weekend | 50/50 rotation or straight nights

GHR Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join a leading hospital in Boston, MA. This position offers the opportunity to work in a highly specialized Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and provide advanced respiratory care to neonatal and pediatric patients.

Assignment Details:

• Hours: 36 per week (3x12-hour shifts)
• Schedule: Every other weekend required
• Shifts: 50/50 rotation or straight nights available
• Experience: 2 years preferred, with at least 1 year in NICU or PICU
• Travel Experience: Not required

Requirements:

• Active RRT credential
• Current Massachusetts state license
• BLS certification (required)
• PALS certification (preferred)

Skills & Work Settings:

• Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU)
• Pediatric Critical Care
• Medication Administration
• Nitric Oxide (iNO) therapy (preferred)
